Preparation for brokenness -- Jared Wilson -- New England pastor, author and blogger -- addresses how inadequately prepared most of us are for the brokenness that comes into our lives and how to remedy that problem in the church. (I wouldn't use the word "idiots" where he does, but that should not undermine the importance of his message.)
